libastrometry0 software package provides Astrometry plate solver (shared lib), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libastrometry0
libastrometry0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libastrometry0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libastrometry0 *
You will get with libastrometry0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
